By accepting these terms & conditions, you agree to the following requirements:

Fundraising Requirements 
You pledge to raise €350 for this event. If the target is not met, the Irish Heart Foundation has the right to revoke your place.

Fundraising Date Deadlines

You will raise at least: 
€100 of your minimum sponsorship by 1st of September 2025 
€200 of your minimum sponsorship by 1st of October 2025 
€350 of your minimum sponsorship by 1st of November 2025

Age & Fitness Requirements

You must be over 18 to take part in the abseil. 
There is a 120kg weight limit for the abseil. 
Fitness is not very important, but agility/mobility is very important for this event as reaching the start of the abseil requires climbing 244 steps!!!

Anyone who has had recent surgery, is/may be pregnant, has back pain or other medical/mobility issues, or is over 65, must seek their GP’s advice before partaking in this event.
